I have learnt that to be comfortable in your skin means to drop the projections, opinions and self limiting beliefs of the past.
To Love yourself more than life itself!
This then sets for a chain reaction of self worth, self belief, confidence, bravery, boldness and a strong foundation built by you, that no one can topple, but you.
